I was a client once. An agency was working on my brand. Logo, website, the whole thing. Good people, talented team. But every single interaction was a mess.
Files came over email. Feedback happened in WhatsApp voice messages. At some point I had approved something I did not mean to approve because I got confused between two attachments in a thread that had 34 replies.
The final result was good. The experience getting there was exhausting. And I kept thinking: why does this not have a better solution? This agency was charging serious money. Their work was excellent. But the way they communicated with me made them feel amateur. That stuck with me.
The gap nobody was filling
When I started looking into it I realised this was not just one agency's problem. This was how almost every creative agency operated. Files over email. Approvals over WhatsApp. Feedback in a Google Doc that someone forgot to share properly.
There were tools out there. Big, bloated platforms built for enterprise teams with onboarding calls and annual contracts. Nothing simple, nothing that a 3 person agency could pick up in an afternoon and start using with their clients tomorrow.
So I built it.

Your clients open a link, see exactly what needs their attention, and approve or request changes with one click. No account needed on their side. No confusion.
Depending on your plan, you can connect your own custom domain so your clients never see the word Veltfly. They just see your brand and think: this agency has their act together.
Why branding matters more than you think
When I was that client, I did not want to learn a new tool. I just wanted to see the work and give my feedback. And the agency I was working with did not want me thinking about their internal tools. They wanted me thinking about their work.
