Terms of Service

By registering for our waitlist, creating an account, or otherwise accessing Veltfly, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into this binding agreement.
• If acting on behalf of a business, you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
• You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use Veltfly.

Veltfly is a SaaS platform that enables creative agencies and freelancers to create white-label client portals. Core features include:

• Custom-branded client portal creation and management
• Secure file sharing, versioning, and asset management
• Client approval and feedback workflows
• Activity tracking and notification systems
• Custom domain and branding configuration

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

By participating in the Veltfly beta, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• The platform is in an early stage of development and may contain bugs or incomplete features.
• Data loss, service interruptions, and unexpected behavior may occur without prior notice.
• We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or data integrity during the beta period.
• Beta access may be revoked at any time and for any reason without liability.
• Features available during beta may be changed or removed in the production version.
• Beta pricing (including free access) does not constitute a guarantee of future pricing.

To access Veltfly, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at info@xcriptum.com.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Not share your account with or transfer access to any third party.

You agree to use Veltfly only for lawful purposes. You expressly agree NOT to:

• Upload or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringing.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of Veltfly or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of Veltfly.
• Use automated scraping or data extraction tools without our written consent.
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the platform or other users.
• Use the service to develop a competing product or for competitive intelligence.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without notice or refund.

Our IP: All intellectual property rights in Veltfly - including the software, code, design, logos, and documentation - are the exclusive property of Xcriptum LLC.

Your Content: You retain full ownership of all content you upload to Veltfly. By uploading content, you grant Xcriptum LLC a limited license to host and process your content solely to provide the service.

Feedback: Any feedback or suggestions you submit may be used by us without any obligation, compensation, or attribution.

Veltfly is currently free during the active beta period. Upon general availability:

• Subscription fees will be charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store payment card data.
• Prices are in US Dollars and exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Refunds are provided at our discretion. Contact info@xcriptum.com for disputes.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

Veltfly is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Xcriptum LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Xcriptum LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to: (a) your use of Veltfly; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your content; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting info@xcriptum.com.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately without notice if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we discontinue the service.

Upon termination your right to use Veltfly ceases immediately. Your data will be deleted after 30 days.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Informal Resolution: Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at info@xcriptum.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Jurisdiction: Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.

Class Action Waiver: All dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis.

Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Xcriptum LLC regarding Veltfly.

Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.

Changes: We will provide 14 days' notice of material changes via email.
